Day 119

"Can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?" Matthew 6:27

I chose this verse because a lot of us need to relax more. When we worry, the only thing that it does is stress us out.
I am going to go to the library today and use the wireless internet, so look for pics later.

So true Caitlin! We are reading a book about how to live less stressfully and the 2 things that it suggests are taking a 'sabbath' day rest (we prefer to do that on Sunday but others may have Fridays off) and the second thing is to take 1 hour per day to have a rest from work (sit on the deck, go for a short walk, etc). We have just started this and already we are feeling less worried and stressed!
Enjoy the library!
